General consumers - How to use our online shop
1. Browse our catalogue - our catalogue can be accessed through the links on the 'Online Shop' page. Simply select which division (Primary, Secondary, Higher Ed. or GALE) you wish to browse - you can easily change divisions later if you need to.
Alternatively you can just use the search function (located in the top right hand corner) or the category options (located on the left hand side of the screen once you choose a division) to search for a specific title.
***Please note that if you do not first go to the 'Online Shop' page and choose the area you wish to shop in, but instead go directly to a title you are interested in, when you click the 'add to basket' option it will ask you what type of customer you are before proceeding. If this occurs all you need to do is choose the 'Continue with my order' option.
2. Select the title/s you want by choosing the 'add to basket' option. After clicking this button the screen will refresh and a message advising that the item has been added to your basket will appear.
3. When you are ready to complete your purchase, or if you just want to see what items you have selected so far, simply choose the view basket option (located at the bottom of every screen) to view/amend the contents of your basket. When you are satisfied with these items and quantities, choose the 'proceed to checkout' option. After choosing this checkout option, you will be asked for delivery & credit card details which is the last step in fulfilling your order.
