What is Cases in Psychology?
Cases in Psychology is a valuable collection of case studies that brings to life the whole spectrum of psychology. Designed to engage your students from the beginning of their studies, it gives lecturers access to relevant and up-to-date case studies not previously available.
All cases have been carefully selected to exemplify the theories underpinning the common key concepts covered in introductory psychology courses. They provide practical examples that demonstrate to students how the study of psychology is applied in the real world.
Each case study encourages exploration of the topics in self-study or tutorials by including:
- ‘Application Questions’ to encourage reflection, consolidate learning and provide a basis for discussion;
- ‘References’ that help students investigate topics and research beyond the scope of your textbook.
Cases in Psychology has have been written by leading academics from Australia and New Zealand, providing additional local voices for your course material.
